MINIMUM ORDER & REORDER: $750.00 minimum opening order.
$250.00 minimum re-order for active accounts. (An account with no activity for
over 12 months is considered inactive. A minimum of $750 must be purchased to re-instate
an inactive account.)

TERMS: Beatriz Ball is a wholesale company selling exclusively
"to the trade." First time customers are requested to pay by credit card until credit
is established with our company. Please supply us with your resale certificate and
tax number on your company letterhead. All payments are due within thirty (30) days
of date of invoice, subject to credit approval. A 1.5% service charge will be applied
to outstanding balances past due date. We do not ship to companies with open
orders/unpaid invoices.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: VISA & MasterCard accepted. We do not
accept American Express or Discover.

|
C.O.D. ORDERS: Not accepted.

|
SHIPPING: Product is shipped as available exclusively via
FedEx. Lead time is 8-10 weeks. No orders shipped by any 3rd party shipper; no bill
recipient or bill third party transportation charges accepted. Claims for product
damaged or lost while in transit must be filed with the carrier. Please notify us
immediately of any damage or loss. All orders are shipped directly from our foundry
in Mexico at cost of 14.5% of total order. Beatriz Ball has an exclusive arrangement
with FedEx that allows for the importation of United States destination packages.
Customs documentation, brokerage, clearance and international surface transportation
are included in this program. Your own discounts do not apply. Due to these regulatory
conditions we are not authorized to allow for bill recipient or bill third party
transportation charges.

BACK ORDERS: No back orders; all orders ship 100%.

|
CUSTOM ORDERS: $250.00 minimum design fee required on custom
orders. Minimum quantities apply. 50% deposit is required once design is approved
by the buyer. Balance due upon shipping.

PACKAGING: Each piece is individually wrapped in a durable,
custom fit grey cloth pouch imprinted with the Beatriz Ball logo that protects and
adds value to the piece. Care cards are included for each piece to provide end user
with product & care information. Sales tips for retailers and POS table tents are
also included with each shipment.

|
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior notice
given to Beatriz Ball. If any item is not satisfactory we will replace, exchange
it or refund your original method of payment. Shipping charges will be refunded

MEASUREMENTS: Beatriz Ball products are entirely handmade.
All measurements and capacities stated in catalog are approximate.

CLAIMS: All products must be inspected upon receipt. Any
claims relating to product, including damage, order error or changes must be filed
with Beatriz Ball within five (5) days of receipt of product. No exceptions.
